LIMITED WARRANTY ROLLING STEEL DOORS

Windsor Republic Doors, ("manufacturer"), warrants the products sold under this warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of installation to the original purchaser ("buyer").

Manufacturer will, under this warranty, repair or replace (material only), at its election, any part which shall be determined by manufacturer to be defective, conditioned upon buyer giving written notice of any such defect to manufacturer within the warranty period.

This warranty shall not cover damage due to fire, accident, casualty, vandalism, abuse, harmful fumes or foreign substances in the atmosphere, acts of God, failure to provide reasonable, necessary and proper maintenance, or any other causes beyond the manufacturer's control, nor shall this warranty extend to or cover any damages or claims with respect to any products that in any way or degree have been altered, processed, misused, or improperly handled or installed.

Manufacturer makes no other warranties, representations, or covenants, express or implied, with respect to this product, as to any matter whatsoever, including but not limited to warranties, representations or covenants as to workmanship, design, capacity, quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the product. Manufacturer shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of any breach of this limited warranty, including but not limited to any damage to buildings, other property, or for injuries or damages sustained by any persons whomsoever, or the recovery of any direct or indirect costs such as shipping, installation labor charges, paint or painting, or other building materials.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. All claims under this warranty shall require proof of purchase and be addressed to Windsor Republic Doors, P.O. Box 8915, Little Rock, AR 72219-8915.
