By consolidating production to two presses feeding a single high-capacity line, Windsor Door matches the work of three existing lines. This dramatically increases output, lowers production costs and improves quality standards. 

The new line expands emboss options along with offering different colors, making it one of the strongest products on the market. Robotics will be utilized to place new, stronger stiles that include TOX fastening systems. This process ensures efficiency for low-cost production and a continued high-quality product.

The upgrades will create new jobs at Windsor Door’s Arkansas-based plant and national network of distribution centers to support increased production and inventory. The New Legacy Production Line is manufactured by the Bradbury Company in Kansas and Reed City Group in Michigan.
