For more than 60 years, Windsor has set the standard for product quality to a vast array of partners, national home builders, custom and regional builders, as well as commercial builders throughout America.
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Automation Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for a recent graduate with a 2-year Associate of Applied Science degree in Automation and Engineering Technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in automation systems, troubleshooting, and PLC programming, with a particular focus on Allen-Bradley-Rockwell Controls.
Qualifications:
Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Automation and Engineering Technology or a related field.
Familiarity with Allen-Bradley PLCs (Rockwell), and automation systems.
Basic understanding of industrial control systems, sensors, and motor controls.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical automation issues.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of robotic systems and motion controls.
