Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (Occasional OT)
Join our fast‑paced manufacturing team as an HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator! In this role, you’ll support day‑to‑day HR operations, lead hourly recruiting, and build strong relationships across the plant—including time spent on the floor learning processes and supporting employees. This is a safety‑sensitive position for a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
HR Operations
Maintain confidential employee files and support compliance documentation
Manage scheduling, calendars, and general administrative tasks
Process HRIS updates, unemployment claims, and wage garnishments
Assist with HR reporting and daily HR support
Recruiting
Lead hourly recruiting for the Little Rock facility + support other locations
Post jobs, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring
Manage ATS workflows and ensure a great candidate experience
Partner with HR leadership on hiring needs and process improvements
Onboarding
Guide new hires through paperwork and orientation sessions
Ensure complete and compliant documentation
Stay connected with new hires to support retention
What You Bring
Experience in both HR and Recruiting (required)
Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities
ATS/HRIS experience & ability to maintain confidentiality

Summary:
Industrial Maintenance Mechanic with hydraulics and pneumatics experience is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Manufacturing machinery. This includes performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment failures, replacing parts, and fabricating components. This role requires the ability to read and interpret diagrams and blueprints, a strong understanding of electrical systems.
This position is for 1st shift
We are a 24 hour – 6 day a week Facility.
You must be willing to work overtime and some Saturdays, as required
Essential job duties:
· Maintenance: Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including lubrication, to keep equipment running efficiently and to prevent future breakdowns.
· Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions by conducting diagnostic tests and determining the root cause of problems.
· Component Replacement: Replace broken or worn parts in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, such as motors, bearings, sensors, and seals.
· Fabrication: Use tools like welding equipment to fabricate and modify parts as needed to ensure equipment is functioning correctly.
· Diagram Interpretation: Read and understand technical documents, including mechanical prints, pneumatic diagrams, and hydraulic diagrams.
· Collaboration and Documentation: Work with production staff to minimize downtime, follow safety protocols, and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
· Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of industrial machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
· Troubleshooting: Ability to use diagnostic equipment to identify and solve problems effectively.
· Reading Comprehension: Skill in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
· Tool Proficiency: Experience with a variety of hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
· Experience: At least two years of experience in industrial maintenance is commonly required.

This role requires consistent and reliable attendance to effectively perform essential job duties and support team operations.
This position is a hands-on position that requires you to work in the warehouse loading/unloading trucks and some delivery / unloading of product. This is not just a driving position!
Experience in driving commercial vehicles. “Box Truck” preferred. Must have experience in warehouse loading and unloading trucks, working with materials and inventory.
Reads customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
Assist in pre-staging jobs.
Helps maintain a clean warehouse and keeps it in order.
Helps with inventory.
Assist with customers.
Load and unload trucks; deliver products. Glazing doors (cutting doors to install glass and springs)
Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Medical certification is mandatory for delivery in compliance with state laws.
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Basic math skills including the ability to measure and use cutting tools.
Bilingual required. (English / Spanish) Speaking, reading and writing.
Go getter, must be able to work with customers and teammates.
Ability to work without constant supervision.
Additional Notes
Stable and verifiable work history
Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk, move quickly, load trucks and be able to comprehend stacking and safe loading of many types of vehicles. This is a physical job in a warehouse environment. Must be able to lift up to 25-50 lbs and up to 70 lbs occasionally assisted. There will be exposure to the heat and cold as the seasons change.
Working Conditions:
Mobility: Maintain a stationary position which may include Climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting, reaching. Perform repetitive tasks using hands to handle objects, tools, or controls.
Lifting: Safely lift materials up to 25 lbs. unassisted. Heavier loads with additional assistance.
Work Environment: Work safely near moving mechanical parts. Regularly work in an environment where the noise level is moderately loud. Ear protection may be required.
