Summary
As a Robotics Technician at Windsor Door, you will play a critical role in enhancing our manufacturing processes through automation and robotics. This position is essential for maintaining our high standards of product quality and efficiency in our production lines.
Installs, repairs, and assists in development and construction of electronic systems, automated apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of Industrial machinery and equipment by performing the following duties. Must have Allen-Bradley control and be familiar with Studio 5000 Professional and FactoryTalk View Studio ME. This person will help with “designing programmable systems” in collaboration with electrical engineers, vendors, and manufacturing management.

Manufacturing Controls: 4 years (Required)
Allen-Bradley control: 4 years (Required)
Troubleshooting and maintaining PLC: 4 years (Required)
Electrical Circuits (3 phase ): 4 years (Required)
Yaskawa drives and robotics: 4 years (Required)
Responsibilities
Ability to read and use electrical schematics.
Ability to troubleshoot and program PLC's utilizing ladder logic programming.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits (3 phase 480 VAC, 120 VAC, 24VAC and VDC control circuits).
Maintain and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) including Allen Bradley ControlLogix, & Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) or Panelview.
Should be familiar with Yaskawa drives and robotics.
Ability to troubleshoot and commission Variable Frequency AC Drives, 3 phase motor starters, solenoids, control values, servo motors and drives, analog/digital sensors (pressure, level, temperature), load cells.
Experience using Industrial Networks (Ethernet, Ethernet/IP) and basic LAN concepts.
Qualifications:
4+ years manufacturing controls experience.

Summary:
Industrial Maintenance Mechanic with hydraulics and pneumatics experience is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Manufacturing machinery. This includes performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment failures, replacing parts, and fabricating components. This role requires the ability to read and interpret diagrams and blueprints, a strong understanding of electrical systems.
This position is for 1st shift
We are a 24 hour – 6 day a week Facility.
You must be willing to work overtime and some Saturdays, as required
Essential job duties:
· Maintenance: Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including lubrication, to keep equipment running efficiently and to prevent future breakdowns.
· Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions by conducting diagnostic tests and determining the root cause of problems.
· Component Replacement: Replace broken or worn parts in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, such as motors, bearings, sensors, and seals.
· Fabrication: Use tools like welding equipment to fabricate and modify parts as needed to ensure equipment is functioning correctly.
· Diagram Interpretation: Read and understand technical documents, including mechanical prints, pneumatic diagrams, and hydraulic diagrams.
· Collaboration and Documentation: Work with production staff to minimize downtime, follow safety protocols, and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
· Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of industrial machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
· Troubleshooting: Ability to use diagnostic equipment to identify and solve problems effectively.
· Reading Comprehension: Skill in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
· Tool Proficiency: Experience with a variety of hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
· Experience: At least two years of experience in industrial maintenance is commonly required.

This position is a hands-on position that requires you to work in the warehouse loading/unloading trucks and some delivery / unloading of product.
Must have experience in warehouse loading and unloading trucks, working with materials and inventory.
