The door panels are constructed with a 2" thickness for enhanced durability. They feature tongue and groove weathertight meeting rails and are prepainted white on both sides. The 20 gauge prepainted steel front and back provide robust protection.

The panels are roll-formed with integral reinforcing ribs, including six longitudinal ribs and two flat bottom v-grooves, which provide additional structural integrity. End caps and intermediate stiles are made from hot-dipped galvanized steel, further enhancing corrosion protection. The bottom weatherstrip is a standard bulb-type design for effective sealing.

The Tog-L-Loc™ mechanical fastening system offers a high-strength, leakproof joint solution, ensuring the door remains secure and functional. This system is designed for durability, capable of withstanding various environmental conditions. The doors are available in widths up to 24'-2" and heights up to 20'-1".

Featuring oil-tempered, helical-wound torsion springs and either a tubular or solid steel shaft, the counterbalance system ensures smooth operation. Cast aluminum cable drums contribute to the system's reliability and longevity, providing consistent performance over time.

The track is made of 2” or 3” hot-dipped galvanized steel, ensuring a sturdy and durable guide for the door. Vertical tracks are inclined to tight closure at the jambs, while horizontal tracks are reinforced with galvanized angles. Heavy-duty 14-gauge galvanized hinges and steel ball-bearing rollers with case-hardened races ensure smooth, reliable movement. Lift cables are made from aircraft-grade galvanized steel for added strength.
