The doors have a 5-year limited warranty and a 2" thickness, made from 24 gauge steel that is hot-dipped galvanized and prepainted white on both sides. They feature tongue and groove weathertight meeting rails, and roll-formed panels with integral reinforcing ribs, including six longitudinal ribs and two flat bottom v-grooves.

Insulated with polystyrene, these doors provide an R-value of 7.35 for thermal efficiency. The standard bulb-type bottom weatherstrip ensures a tight seal, while the Tog-L-Loc™ mechanical fastening system offers high-strength, leakproof joints for enhanced energy efficiency and durability.

Featuring oil-tempered, helical-wound torsion springs and a tubular or solid steel shaft, the counterbalance system ensures smooth operation. Cast aluminum cable drums add reliability, making the door efficient and safe over its lifespan.

The track is available in 2” or 3” hot-dipped galvanized steel, with bracket or angle mounts as needed. Inclined vertical tracks ensure tight closure, while horizontal tracks are reinforced with galvanized angles. Heavy-duty 14 gauge galvanized hinges, steel ball bearing rollers, and aircraft-type galvanized lift cables ensure smooth and durable operation.

Constructed to exceed industry standards for windloading, these doors withstand maximum deflection of 1/120 of the door width. They include a standard inside friction lock for enhanced security.

Customizable features include pass doors, 5” x 24” glass openings, 5-pin tumbler cylinder locks, night latches, high lift and vertical lift options, jamb, header, and joint weather seals, and insulation with polystyrene and either a gloss liner or pre-painted steel back.
